The small Norman city has been sealed off in anticipation of a two days gathering to which the presidents and prime ministers of France, Italy, Germany, Canada, United Kingdom, Russia, Canada and Japan will participate. The Group of Eight (G8) powerful nations vowed to provide political and financial support to the 'Arab Spring,' with Tunisia and Egypt - the first to oust undemocratic regimes - set to receive 20 billion dollars in aid.
