Christening of Savannah Phillips at the Church of the Holy Cross in Avening, Gloucestershire, Britain - 25 Apr 2011
The Royal Wedding may be just a few days away but the Queen attended a much more private family affair today - the christening of her first great-grandchild. The Queen and other members of the royal family, including Princess Anne and Zara Phillips, gathered at the Church of the Holy Cross in Avening, Gloucestershire for the event. They were there to celebrate the christening of the Peter Phillips and his wife Autumn Kelly's daughter Savannah. The four-month-old, who is 12th in line to the throne, was dressed in a traditional cream-coloured silk-and-lace gown for the special day. Meanwhile, the Queen donned a striking lime-green suit and hat and looked like any proud great-grandmother as the family gathered outside the church.
